Frequently Asked Questions

  • Her Next Glow Up is an intimate dinner workshop series for women ready for their next chapter. We combine good food, guided conversation, and practical tools in small groups of 10–14 women so you leave feeling connected and inspired.

  • Our events are for women who want deeper conversations, personal growth, and real connection. All ages and life stages welcome—no experience needed. Dress comfortably cute and come as you are.

  • You’re welcome to come solo! Many women attend alone and leave with new connections. We start with gentle icebreakers so everyone feels comfortable from the first moment.

  • We host events monthly (usually Tues-Thursday evenings 6–9 PM) at beautiful Ottawa restaurants and venues. Exact dates are listed on the Events page, and email subscribers get first access to new dates.

  • Your ticket includes your dinner seat, the full workshop experience, guided materials/worksheets, and any small takeaways.

    Each attendee is responsible for their own meal/drink.

  • Tickets are non-refundable due to limited seating, but you’re welcome to transfer or gift your ticket to another woman. Contact us at hello@hernextglowup.com. if you need to make changes
